Return Policy
We generally do not accept change of mind returns due to the nature of robotic lawn mowers (large equipment with assembly, transport, and restocking costs). Exceptions may apply under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive the wrong product/model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
Special Approval Cases
In very limited situations, change of mind returns may be accepted if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and not activated.
- It remains in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Fees
If a change of mind return is approved, a handling fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 20% may be charged to cover logistics and inventory costs.
Warranty Policy
Coverage Period
All Anthbot and Mova robotic lawn mowers come with a two-year (24 months) warranty from the original date of purchase, valid for the first purchaser only.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a fault occurs during this period, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost to the customer.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation outside the conditions stated in the product manual.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. blades, wheels, consumable parts).
- Repairs, modifications, or servicing by unauthorised persons.
- Damage caused by water/liquid ingress, corrosion, accident, or physical impact.
- Normal battery degradation (capacity reduction due to charging cycles and aging).
Warranty Procedure
Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and product serial number.
Fault details (including photos/videos) must be submitted via email to our support team.
After assessment, we will provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution within a reasonable timeframe.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
